Auto Tools Kft., a company specializing in the trade of car parts and accessories, approached us with a request to update and modernize their OpenCart 1.5-based online store, which had been in operation for several years. This is a highly justified step for online stores of similar age, particularly from the perspective of security, usability, and mobile-friendly design—all of which are significantly enhanced during the modernization process. For this project, these priorities guided our work. After creating a backup, we upgraded the online store to the latest OpenCart 3.x version. While preserving the products and database, we also updated all modules and components. The store's template was replaced with a modern, mobile-friendly design to align with current standards. Finally, after performing the usual configurations, fine-tuning, and integrating the store with product-sharing platforms, we delivered the updated and modernized online store.
