The Vitalplanet webstore, specializing in the trade of vitamins and dietary supplements, approached us with the request to renovate their nearly 10-year-old OpenCart 1.5-based store to meet modern standards. As a first step, we upgraded the OpenCart framework to the latest version 3. Following the migration of data and products, we replaced the entire design with a modern, user-friendly, mobile-friendly theme. In our opinion, a 'one-page checkout' solution is crucial for webstores, so alongside rethinking the shipping and payment methods, we implemented this feature as well.
